We do not share any of your information with anyone nor do we sell your information to any third party. Our Club members do receive monthly newsletters from us and all customers receive notice of our monthly specials. If you do not wish to receive this information, please indicate that in the comment box when placing your order. We appreciate you as our customer and respect your privacy.

EXCHANGE POLICY of Personalized Books 'n Things

Due to the nature of our products being personalized we will only allow free exchanges or returns if we make the mistake. If we do make an error of any kind we will gladly remake your personalized item at no cost to you.

If you make the mistake we will redo the personalized item at 50% off the retail cost plus shipping. For example if you want one of our $14.95 books remade because you made a spelling error you will be charged $7.47 plus $3.00 shipping for the remade book.

First and foremost we pride ourselves in great customer service. If there is ever a question about your order or if for some reason we are unable to ship as promised we will contact you immediately. We first attempt to contact you through e-mail to verify information on your order if you do not respond to our e-mail within 24 hours we will then call you on the phone. Therefore, it is important for you to make sure you give us a current and active e-mail address and phone number. We are located in the Eastern time zone so please keep that in mind when calling.

Payment Options:

Pay securely with credit card  - We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express.  Our site is a secure site.

Pay securely through Pay Pal -  For non-members of PayPal.  PayPal is just like any other credit card service, just choose PayPal at check out and the screen will come up to enter your credit card information. Our site is a secure site.  For PayPal members, you can make payment directly from your PayPal account or use your credit card through PayPal.

Payment by personal check or money order.

PLEASE NOTE: If paying by check or money order, your order will not ship until we receive your payment and it clears our bank and your bank.

Pennsylvania Residents will be charged 7% sales tax.

Shipping Options:

Pittsburgh area residents have the option of picking up their order rather than having it shipped. Please contact us at 412-487-0333 to make arrangements.

All of our shipping is generally done through the USPS.
We make every effort to ship within 48 hours of when your order is received.
However since we have no control once the package leaves, please allow 7 to 14 business days for Regular Domestic and 2 to 7 business days for Rush Delivery.

Our Regular Domestic is shipped either by Media Mail or  Priority Mail for BOOKS depending on the number ordered. We also ship with Delivery Confirmation so that we can track your order.
Other products ship either by First Class Mail, Priority Mail or as a Parcel depending on the number of products ordered. These also ship with Delivery Confirmation.
